By accessing or using Formaly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use Formaly.
These terms apply to all users, customers, respondents, visitors, organizations, and third parties that access or interact with Formaly.
Formaly is 100% owned by Arindam Majumder. All rights are reserved by Arindam Majumder.
Arindam Majumder owns all rights, title, and interest in Formaly, including the product, software, source code, systems, workflows, brand, name, logo, designs, content structure, features, documentation, and all related intellectual property.
No person, company, customer, respondent, contributor, vendor, partner, organization, or third party owns Formaly or any part of Formaly unless Arindam Majumder provides an explicit written agreement stating otherwise.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Formaly according to these terms and any applicable plan or agreement.
Using Formaly does not transfer ownership, source code rights, intellectual property rights, branding rights, resale rights, or control of the product.
Users are responsible for the forms, prompts, survey questions, responses, files, and other content they create or collect through Formaly.
Users must not use Formaly for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
Paid features, credit balances, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are governed by the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase.
Formaly may update pricing, credit costs, plans, or feature availability at any time, subject to applicable law and active customer commitments.
Formaly may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Formaly is provided without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.
